They certainly will be if they work for Julie herself for low wages. ..and if ACASS say that Julie should pay for councelling for a staff member who has been bullied then would she? No..no...no ...she can't afford it being only on an MPs wage. So rights for women except if they work for julie morgan.
Of course it is alright too if male staff don't do tea or bins or tidying up etc..couldn't expect that ..!!
